Facilities of Dhaka (Keranigonj) Project:
- Master plan has been taken to build school, college, shopping mall, mosque, super shops, play ground, park, lake, modern hospital, graveyard and so on.
- 25’-60’ specious road
- These suburb cities are being developed by covering approximately 700 bighas of land closest to the Jhilimili projects of RAJUK.
- Before the given time plan, projects will be handover.
- Project will be surrounded by greeneries and polluted free.
- The task of analyzing of probability already has been started to establish the largest international airport in Bangladesh which is very closest to our projects.
- Government has taken plan to make Institute of food & nutrition and Dhaka Central Jail closest to our projects.
Facilities of Cox’s Bazar (Inani) Project:
- High level of security system will be implemented
- For ensuring high level of security, one administrative office will be installed to observe the overall security management.
- Well transportation system for moving anywhere.
